- 1 cup of peanut butter, smooth
- 1 tablespoon of molasses
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
STEP 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
STEP 2: Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
STEP 3: Blend on low in a stand mixer until well blended. The mixture should form a dough-like texture.
STEP 4: Once well mixed, put the dough between two sheets of parchment paper or on a floured surface and using a rolling pin, roll to approximately ¼ inch in thickness.
STEP 5: Use a cute cookie cutter or glass to cut out biscuits.
STEP 6: Place in oven on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper and bake for approximately 17 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack before serving them to your best friend.
